I’m unable to redeem my points for $8.25 for an Amazon gift card.
I continue to complete long surveys for a 105 points, only to reach the end and get a message stating “Argh something went wrong “ I don’t get my points.
There is no customer service for Branded Surveys.
I tried to redeem my points for $8.25 . The verification code sent to me is from an old redemption for Amazon.
Im unable to access a verification code for the $8.25. Please send the correct code.

Something is wrong with my usage of the surveys. First, whenever I completed a survey, I got a message saying, 'Argh, something went wrong', so I didn't get my points.

I went to cash in my points, and they're telling me that I have to wait 12 hours. But, actually, it's been three days since my last redemption.
Also, I'm well over the 500 points and I don't understand what's going on. But, I want my money, and I want it now.

Does not pay out very much. More time to take the surveys than what it is worth.
Often you will take a survey about 90% of the way through and then randomly it will say you do not qualify or that the survey is full, when you have already taken the entire thing and have like 2 questions left about your age or location. I have spent 15 minutes taking a survey that is supposed to be only 15 minutes long, only to get the message that the survey is full or I did not qualify. (Usually this happens when I submit the survey).
Crazy that this site will do just about anything to stop from paying you even 40 cents. The most you will ever make on a survey is $1 and those usually take about 20 minutes, if you actually get the credit for doing them.
User's recommendation: If you're bored, sure give it a shot. You can make like $10/ week, maybe even $20 if you're lucky. But it is frustrating and you will often not be allowed to complete many surveys.

Hi, it was either yesterday or the day before when I checked to see how much I had earned (I had been doing a lot of surveys), and it said $20 and some change. They couldn't have given it to me because I hadn't yet chosen how I wanted to receive it.
So I checked today and I literally had change. That's hours and hours of surveys for nothing. What happened? How does that happen?
Is there anything I can do? My family is going through extreme hardship and I'm trying to make a little bit of money any way I can. I don't think it's right that I was cheated out of $20. It may only be $20 to you, but for me and my family it's eggs, milk, cheese, bread and a gallon of water.
This is not fair.
What can I do? Please, help me!

My account just all of a sudden disappeared while I was on it. Wouldn’t come back on ťHulu me to make a new account which didn’t have my pay on there. Used old email and went to brand survey the old account Is ok now so far
My account had almost $44 and I was doing a survey when my account was cleared. I didn't delete it; it just wants me to sign up for a new account.

Verified ReviewerI get to last part of the surveys only to get that my last name and last 4 of my social security number is invalid
They always match me with surveys that way too much time for only a few cents, most of are too busy trying to survive in this economy today to sit around doing surveys all day.
I get all the way to the end of certain surveys just to receive a response that my last name and my last 4 of my social security number is not valid
User's recommendation: They have a ton of surveys on this app but be very careful about how you respond to and if it’s about any political party you belong to because i can tell you i belong to the Republican Party and I quite often experience this for myself

Locked out of my account
I have contacted branded surveys numerous times and still haven’t gotten a response.
Im locked out of my account and cant get anyone at branded surveys to help me in any way I have been trying all day to get help
