These representatives are disrespectful and have bad attitude and trying to make somebody get a gift card that they don't want I don't like it, all I wanted to do was change my number to my new number so I can redeem my points from PayPal then I got all of that nonsense, I did not get my issue resolved

Well, it all started the day before yesterday. I wanted some money, and then I deposited it into my checking account.
Well, yesterday and today in the morning, I got a message saying that my payment was rejected, so it went back into my branded account. So then I'm trying to log in to try to put the money into my PayPal. I was able to add my PayPal to the account, and then I went to do something. I came back and wanted to deposit my money, and now in my branded account, it’s telling me that it's restricted; contact customer service.
So I can't even log in or take any surveys. I can't do anything. I can't even get my money. I don't know what's going on.
I was able to take out money before, $5 here, $10 there, $15 there, but now I can't even take out the money that I won.
It's not even letting me log in. So yeah, that's what's going on right now.

The system error was cleared. Just take your time and be persistent.
Systemic problems can not really be resolved because there is no available support in the area. It is on autopilot and the user interface is incomplete.
I am now getting emailed responses from customer service representatives that either have not read the request for service or do not understand the language, referencing concerns not mentioned trying to pass off nonsense for reasoning.
I have been a loyal user of the site and usually contribute around 115 to 130 completed surveys per week. It seems counterintuitive that a company that earns it money based on completions would suddenly make the process so difficult.

I have answered a bunch of surveys and got $8 in bonus points, and guess what: got locked out!! Seems like as soon as people reach $8 limit, they block you.
BEYOND DISHONEST!!!
It takes hours and hours to earn those $8!!! Please unblock my account and let me redeem my $8!!!
