I get to last part of the surveys only to get that my last name and last 4 of my social security number is invalid
I get all the way to the end of certain surveys just to receive a response that my last name and my last 4 of my social security number is not valid

My account locked
Hi sir I hope you doing well, I had a query with my account Ive been using your app since last 3 weeks and I redeemed twice and now I saved around 15$ to redeem but when I clicked to redeem I had to verify my details with passport or some kind of proof and I provided that kindly , and after the at they just locked me account. I hope you do something regarding it please my 15$ worth coins are in there pleaseee

Update phone number to verify payout
My issue is the fact that Branded Surveys customer service department is not easy to get a hold of. I went withdraw my payouts from the surveys I completed and found out I have to update my phone number to verify my payout.
I have sent their customer service department a message with my updated phone number.
I feel they should not only accept messages. They should have a chat option as well And perhaps make it easier to get a hold of somebody by phone.
User's recommendation: Make sure before you take surveys your number is correct before doing surveys. This way when the time comes, there will not be a delay if you qualify for instant payout.

Resolved: I have not received my Amazon gift card that I redeemed yesterday for $10.
I never received my Amazon gift card yesterday for $10 from Branded Surveys. I called and emailed them and they wanted to charge me a fee on my credit card of $10 before they helped me with the problem / payout.
I refused to do that as I shouldnt have to pay for a problem they generated. I received an email from them yesterday saying that the redemption was complete - but that is not the case. I guess Im out the $10 gift card as Branded Surveys would not fix the issue. I will no longer participate with them.
Love and learn. I will report them to the BBB.

Horrible!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. In order to talk to someone regarding anything customer service-related, you HAVE to give them your credit card information.
An easy question needs to be answered, but you can't even get that done.
I will never recommend or use this company again. SCAM!

Surveys are scam
When you first start with them, you have to complete a million surveys before it's worth anything. Then after being paid around a total of $30.00 and finally reaching a high level for points, it never allows you to undertake high-point surveys.
If you do manage to get one, you spend 35-40 minutes completing it, only to either have the screen lock up without any reward, or be told there's no match, being given only two points, even when you know it was completed. Majority of the time, it requires you to complete the entire survey three times, taking twice as much time as stated, knowing you did a good job only to end up locked out or receiving an unfit two points. You won't get anywhere trying to reclaim your points either. How can you screenshot a locked-up screen?
It's a waste of time with this site - find a different one, trust me on this. Many share the same sentiment. So basically they're using your opinions, not giving points, nor offering higher-paying surveys. After a total of 55 hours for $30.00, it's over for you.
They must have limited surveys so they can collect data plus your personal information, all to cheat you. It's game over for you.
- So you can make thirty to thirty five dollars in sixty hours and it over for you and loose six dollars in competed survives before figuring the scam out
- Than 1or2 higher playing survives over days of trying
- Or survey completed and it tells you not a good match after forty minutes and gives you 2 points

They let me get out till about 3 lbs..92 and I went to sleep tried to log on in the morning to chop it up to withdraw it and I said oh youre not eligible for our site no more I just locked me out no reason nothing

Resolved: Amazon survey
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I began to voice my frustration and concerns to Branded Surveys after I figured out how to send them feedback....
And to my pleasant surprise, they have always answered timely and then they would do what they felt was fair in resolving my issues. And I am grateful...
I choose to continue answering surveys knowing that If I have a problem or concern... Branded Surveys will respond.
I just finished the survey asking me why I didn't choose Amazon as the lowest priced competitor. It was repetitive and long...
and it gave me a headache. I hung in there because I thought that I might finish the survey and be rewarded... To my horror... I received 11 points...i am thoroughly insulted and frustrated.
the next time i suspect a survey is like this one... I will happily leave the survey asap...
I stayed this time because it was about a retailer I was very familiar with... going forward, I am going to be much more careful.
