My issue was that my branded survey payouts were not being applied to my Amazon gift card balance.
I have sent multiple emails and finally spoke to a live person (the live person was at an international call center).
My issue was that my branded survey payouts were not being applied to my Amazon gift card balance.
I was told that the issue was due to a server being down. The person did not know when the server was going to be back up.


NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the feedback that I got from the customer service person.
