Cashed in my points for $66 gift card.

They let me get out till about 3 lbs..92 and I went to sleep tried to log on in the morning to chop it up to withdraw it and I said oh youre not eligible for our site no more I just locked me out no reason nothing

It takes a long time to get issues resolved. I feel my issue was resolved finally because I reached out to pissed consumer. Since my complaint and reaching customer service I have had similar survey issues.

The number you provided is not in service so please fix that. And, they want their participants to update info using a smart phone. Not everyone has one, so they said that I would not be able to participate or receive the 59$ I earned.
That is illegal to me. Before they would just update for the participant. Now they want you Pic ID, address and all all kinds of personal information that is none of their business.
I just want my money and be gone.
How can you help. Do I need a lawyer?
They hide behind an email and there's no number that they can be reached at.

The surveys are actually great, with great payout. I tried to contact customer Service on one occasion, however, I was unable to reach anyone because the phone number listed through Google is not a working phone number otherwise my experience is good. I hate the fact that we have to send our drivers license in order to get paid, but I guess different company have their own specific rules and guidelines.
