Dear Branded Surveys,
Thank you for allowing market researchers such as myself the opportunity to take surveys and earn some money in return for the work.
I wanted to express my concern about not receiving my payment. For the past two months, I've done surveys and barely gotten paid. Most times, I don't get paid even after I finish completing the survey.
Many people have been experiencing this issue both on the app and on the website, and it wouldn't be good for your company if people go on strike or file lawsuits. I believe this is theft. When workers put in the work and don't get paid, it is a theft of their effort and time and can be seen as exploitation.
I would like this situation resolved or action will be taken.

User's recommendation: Branded surveys is okay as a side gig, i would NOT recommend it as a full time job. Its incredibly diffiuclt to get pay even when you do the work.

Total fraud/ false advertising /FRAUD
Total fraud. Abusive practices.
Must be banned. Will report it to AG. This is FRAUD online. The goal is to get as many surveys done as possible.
Each assignment gives an estimated time, number of questions. They promise youll get rewards, youll spend hours answering their questions (hundreds) but at the level of reward you (participant) is abruptly terminated. False advertising! Stay away!

Hello,
I joined Branded Survey on October 14 and completed many surveys, earning 718 points which have not been redeemed yet. Since yesterday (October 19), I have been trying to access my dashboard and account but have been unsuccessful due to a message appearing that says, 'Oops! Looks like you are unable to participate in our surveys.' I have not been able to find any solutions to resolve this problem. Please do what is necessary to allow me to continue my work.

You guy's told me I couldn't do no more survey's why I've been doing them faithfully and my friends and family uses my computer to do some also

My laptop shut down when I had finished a survey so I didn't get my points. So I restarted my laptop and opened back up branded Surveys and it's showing my points.

Yes, I've been a branded survey customer for some months now. I cashed out a couple of days ago for like $5.64, I believe, and I did it from bank to bank transfer.
I verified my account number and everything, and it said approved. It was within the past few days. My point balance has ranged from five-something to one-something. I recently earned back to five-something, back to one-something I've recently earned.
I've still not gotten my $5.64 in my bank. I've updated and checked every day, but it is not there.
I just want to know why you are not paying me. What is the problem?

Why am I being locked out of my account. I need to cash out if I cant participate I want my money.
I called.a supposed customer service number and they said I needed to give them my bank account number and routing number to unlock my account??
I asked them why in the heck would you need that!??
Oh just for security MAM??
Ok no Im not doing that. He subsequently hung up on me.
Also they wont let me get the money Ive earned out of my account.
