I need a call from you. However, it won't let me participate in surveys for reasons I don't know. Also, I can't cash out before it started saying that.

I no longer have a Pay Pal account. I only have Zelle, Venmo and Cah App as a form of Payment to send and receive funds for completed surveys. What is my other option to receive funds?

First of all, they are asking for my account number, and they hung up. I should have never started back with you all because you all are *** me off, and I want my money.

After this, I will delete my account. Don't mess with the app.

A representative of a reward line picked up and had no idea what I was talking about. I called the correct number THREE times. SPAM

I need to update my phone number in order to be able to receive my payout. I don’t understand why it keeps going back to the old number I had before.

Still no luck to solve my problem with branded survey still can't received my code to redeem my points been trying since last week no luck

When I am disqualified or the survey is filled, why don't you give us 3 points? Just for trying like other surveys do. I believe that your clients would be very happy, as would I.

My issue was that my branded survey payouts were not being applied to my Amazon gift card balance.

I have sent multiple emails and finally spoke to a live person (the live person was at an international call center).

I was told that the issue was due to a server being down. The person did not know when the server was going to be back up.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the feedback that I got from the customer service person.

Very difficult to get a customer service phone number & if u forget your password, good luck getting back in as the system usually says invalid address with no other details

L+ong time participant. recently claimed payment for for surveys completed.

received payment. since then Have not been able to long on==the sited showsnup but no choice of survey displayed. would like to continue participation.

Why they reviewing me again? And never get on to any survey. They always kick out after taking survey And they still haven't paid me for the last sur ey

I always answer honestly and pay attention to the surveys. However, not once but twice now I've been locked out and told I'm unable to participate. I would like this resolved soon.
